One part of our mini-trip I didn’t give much thought to was our hotel stay. We usually stay at the W in SOMA and I had a free night to use up so we booked our stay there. I emailed them beforehand to ask about any baby amenities they might have and they replied back to see if we needed a crib, a play yard or a mini fridge.

When we arrived we got bumped up to a larger corner room which worked out great. There was extra floor space to park the stroller and also multiple bench seating areas…. one became our makeshift changing table, and another our feeding station. All in all it was a pleasant stay, except for one awkward moment when we returned to the hotel late and the bar was in full swing. Kind of weird strolling in with baby and walking past the DJ while business types mingle and flirt.
